A much loved mother, daughter, sister and friend.
She is survived by her son Keanan (his father Ian Hayes) mom Lori (Nick), dad Geoffrey, sisters Kendra (Mark), Gracie and Janet (Dean); uncles Steven, Joseph, Steve and Wes; grandmother and grandfather Sharon and John Chumm; her (2nd mom) Charlene and girls, Janelle, Rachelle and Ria; aunt Nancy and Butler family; the extended Chumm family, the Coulson family, the Findlay family, the extended Plotnikoff family and the Jackman family, cousin Mike Easton.
Brittany adored her son Keanan with all her heart and soul. She was an exceptional athlete in Basketball, Rugby and Soccer. She was considered to be a 'most valued player'. She loved to cook, be outdoors and do anything adventurous. She was known for her kind heart and generous spirit.
A Memorial will be held on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Kamloops Funeral Home, 285 Fortune Drive. Service at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
A trust fund is being set up for Keanan Hayes at the Bank of Montreal.
