MARY EMELIA CADE
Mary Emelia Cade of Kamloops passed away on April 5, 2010 at 87 years of age. She is survived by her children Glenda (Rick), Christine (Kerry), Charles (Dannie) all of Kamloops and Michael (Charlie) of Chilliwack; grandchildren Todd, Jason, Andrea, Tony, Darlene and Danielle; great grandchildren Devon, Mason, Ethan and Jade; brothers & sisters Roy (Gladys), Gladys (Dick), Wallace (Shona), Jim (Beverly), Ruth, Jack, and Doris (David); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
She was predeceased by Art Cade, her best friend and loving husband, her parents Esther and Pat, sister Verna and brother in-law Bob.
Mary’s radiant smile and infectious laugh touched and uplifted all who she met. Through her, we learned patience, grace and appreciation for the little things in life and not to take for granted the gifts we’ve been given. Her spirit will live on through us and although we miss her, she is where she belongs…with the rest of the angels.
Special thanks to the dedicated and loving staff at Overlander Extended Care Hospital, especially Nora-Lee and Kathy, whom Mom considered family.
The Memorial Service will take place at 2:30 pm on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at St. George’s Anglican Church with Reverend Isabel Healy-Morrow officiating.
In lieu of flowers or donations please plant a tree, shrub or flowers in loving memory of Mary.
